Guys – we have a five time Grammy winner in our cast – Chris Cross!

Ok, we lied – he isn’t THAT Chris Cross – but he may not be the person you were expecting him to be!

Christopher Crossen-Sills is honored to be playing Lando Calrissian in The Opposite of People’s production of Star Wars: The Empire Striketh Back. Born in Norwell, Socorro, he became a gambler and con man early in his life and acquired his own ship, the Millennium Falcon, in a game of sabacc. He went on to have numerous adventures with the Falcon including going to college at the University of New Hampshire studying theatre, English, and minoring in Wookeeisms. After a series of events led to him losing the Millennium Falcon to a Corellian named Han Solo on Bespin, Christopher eventually became the Baron Teacher of SERSD of English and theatre, where he has remained for seven years. In his free time, he enjoys speeder biking through Endor, exploring the caverns of Mustafar, and sitting watch the two sunsets on Tatooine with his husband Joshua. Christopher has also performed in other space operas including MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (Oberon/Theseus), HAMLET (Polonius), ARSENIC AND OLD LACE (Jonathan), and more throughout the galaxy…
